Order Cancellation

✓ Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

✓ After 24 hours, cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the order status.

✓ If a cancellation is approved after 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee may apply.

✕ Cancellations are not possible once production, hand-painting, or processing has begun, or after the order has been shipped.

Order Changes

✓ Requests for changes (size, minor adjustments, delivery details, etc.) should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.

✕ Once production or painting has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Refunds

✓ Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis if the request is approved before production begins.

✓ All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
